Stunning traditional ranch with a Southern California flair. The layout of the home demanded consideration as a comfortable entertaining space. After creating a casual, cozy feel in the larger living spaces, the expansive living and dining rooms were repurposed for easy entertaining. The downstairs level, home base for the kids, was remodeled into a daylight basement by adding doors off the bonus room and excavating the back yard to accommodate easy access for outdoor playtime.
