A home is typically the single biggest investment of your life. With ACI, you get the best possible return from that investment because it is an interior designer owned and led business. Our goal is to create a luxurious and welcoming environment so buyers can envision themselves in your home ... then hopefully they’ll bid high and bid fast!

YOU ARE READY TO LIST YOUR HOME,
SO NOW WHAT?

LISTING PREP CONSULTATION: $250

First, we’ll walk through your home and property assessing the space and gathering ideas. This onsite consultation is required for those looking for full or partial staging and may take up to 2 hours. We’ll provide you with immediate feedback, and give you recommendations on how to make your home as appealing as possible to your target buyer.

Remember what we said about lifestyle visionaries? Let us help you prioritize how to tell your home’s story. We’ll follow up our consultation with a full written proposal containing all our recommendations. The consultation fee may be applied to your staging fees if you decide to move forward with our staging services.

VIRTUAL CONSULTATION: $175

Are you looking for designer recommendations that will help make your home more visually appealing? Our virtual consultation service is perfect for someone willing to take our suggestions and implement the “work” themselves. This service is excellent for those who want to simply declutter, utilize existing furniture, and spruce up their space. Schedule a one hour virtual consultation where we tour your home with you. You will walk away with great ideas and key ACI recommendations that you can do yourself!

FULL OR PARTIAL STAGING

We offer both full and partial staging to occupied or vacant homes. We have two options for our staging services:

GUARANTEED TO SELL – PAY AT CLOSING PLAN

The concept is quite simple: we don’t get paid until your house sells …
at closing!

This structure is perfect for those looking for full staging. So what’s the catch? During our consultation we will come up with key priorities that need to be done by you before we stage. These are simple things, like “paint this room, replace carpet in this area” etc. We can provide committed resources for these priority “upgrades” in order to facilitate this process. After these initial matters are taken care of, we can move forward with the rest of the staging. We’re in this together; we consider ourselves part of your listing team. So let us share with you how we can help make your home sell in those first 90 days on the market!

PAY UP FRONT PLAN

This plan is a traditional approach with monthly payments.

This plan is for those looking for partial or full staging. It is a more “traditional” approach to staging in the sense that you pay an initial staging fee when we install, and you pay your first month’s lease for all furniture and decor. Each month thereafter, you pay a monthly fee until your house sells or until you decide to cancel your contract. This plan works very well for those who want to utilize some of their own furnishings as well.
